Terms and Conditions of Sale (UK / EU compliant)

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of physical and digital products by GuitarScaler®. By placing an order on our website (www.guitarscaler.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

GuitarScaler® offers:

  • A physical product: a visual fretboard tool (the “GuitarScaler” slide tool)
  • Digital content: video lessons, backing tracks, PDF tablatures, and other learning materials (the “Jam Sessions” training program)

Some products are sold together as a bundle. The digital content is accessible online immediately after purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon ordering. We accept major payment methods (e.g. credit/debit cards, Stripe, PayPal).

4. Delivery

Physical Product:

  • Shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery available worldwide via tracked shipping
  • Shipping fees are displayed before checkout

Digital Content:

  • Available immediately after purchase via a private member area
  • Access details are sent by email upon confirmation of payment

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Inform us by email before the end of the 14-day period
  • Return the product at your expense, in good condition

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Important: Access to the digital training content (Jam Sessions) will be revoked upon refund.

6. Digital Content – No Withdrawal Right Once Accessed

By purchasing a product that includes immediate access to digital content, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal for the digital portion, as permitted by EU law.

7. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with the method, you may return the GuitarScaler tool (at your expense)
  • We will refund the full purchase price upon receipt and inspection (item must be in good condition)
  • Access to the digital content will be terminated after refund

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided (videos, PDFs, audios, branding) remains the exclusive property of GuitarScaler®. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the seller’s registered office unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
